Expedited orders placed before 2 PM PST are processed the same day, while standard orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase but must be in pristine, unused condition with all original tags attached. Specific strict guidelines apply: racquets must still have the plastic wrap on the handle, and shoes must be unworn and returned in their original box. Once your return arrives at the warehouse, it undergoes a 3–5 day inspection. If approved, the refund process typically takes an additional 10–15 business days. Items that fail inspection (e.g., used or missing tags) will be sent back to you without a refund. Currently, direct exchanges are only available for shoe sizes; for all other items, you must return the original and place a new order.
