A faulty racket, the balance is way off, and half of the weight is somehow concentrated on the handle cap making it injury prone, the particular racket I'm given, the support team is not cooperating either,I had a tournament and asked for either a replacement or a refund but none is provided and now they are not even responding.
I understand some pieces are faulty but atleast you guys can solve the problem in time rather than delaying the process.
