Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped via Standard Ground ($10, or free for orders over $75) or Expedited 2-Day service ($25). Expedited orders placed before 2 PM PST are processed the same day, while standard orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Please note that shipping is strictly domestic; delivery to international addresses, US territories, PO boxes, or freight forwarding services is not available.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase but must be in pristine, unused condition with all original tags attached. Specific strict guidelines apply: racquets must still have the plastic wrap on the handle, and shoes must be unworn and returned in their original box. You can initiate a return via your account or by WhatsApp (3319808562) to receive a UPS label, but please note that an $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once your return arrives at the warehouse, it undergoes a 3–5 day inspection. If approved, the refund process typically takes an additional 10–15 business days. Items that fail inspection (e.g., used or missing tags) will be sent back to you without a refund. Currently, direct exchanges are only available for shoe sizes; for all other items, you must return the original and place a new order.
