Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase but must be in pristine, unused condition with all original tags attached. Specific strict guidelines apply: racquets must still have the plastic wrap on the handle, and shoes must be unworn and returned in their original box. Once your return arrives at the warehouse, it undergoes a 3–5 day inspection. If approved, the refund process typically takes an additional 10–15 business days. Items that fail inspection (e.g., used or missing tags) will be sent back to you without a refund. Currently, direct exchanges are only available for shoe sizes; for all other items, you must return the original and place a new order.
