OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES.
November 1–30, 2026
1. Sponsor
The HNDRD NITRIX 80 BULLET Ultimate Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Sunlight Sports US LLC - Aurora IL 60502 ("Sponsor").
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on November 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time ("Sweepstakes Period").
All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States regardless of age, subject to the following requirements:
- Participants ages 18 and older may enter on their own behalf.
- Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete and submit the entry on their behalf using the parent or legal guardian's contact information.
- If a minor is selected as a potential winner, their parent or legal guardian must verify eligibility, complete any required documentation, and accept the prize on the minor's behalf.
Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, individuals directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes during November 1–30, 2026, through the official HNDRD giveaway form:
A. Free Standard Entry
Participants may receive two (2) entries per day by completing and submitting the official giveaway form during the Sweepstakes Period (November 1–30, 2026).
Participants who successfully complete and submit the form once every day for all 30 days will receive an additional forty (40) bonus entries.
- Daily Entry: Two (2) entries per day
- Maximum Daily Entries: Sixty (60) entries over 30 days
- Completion Bonus: Forty (40) additional entries
- Maximum Total: One Hundred (100) entries
Only one standard entry submission per participant per calendar day will be counted.
No purchase, Instagram account, or ownership of HNDRD equipment is required.
B. Optional Promotional Activities
HNDRD may offer additional promotional activities, subject to applicable laws and Instagram's promotion policies.
Proposed activities include:
- Following @hndrd.us and liking the official giveaway post: Two (2) entries
- Sharing a photo or video featuring HNDRD equipment and tagging @hndrd.us: Five (5) entries
C. Qualifying Purchases
Participants may submit receipts for qualifying purchases made during the Sweepstakes Period through authorized U.S. HNDRD retailers. Purchases made directly through us.hndrd.co are not eligible and will not qualify for Sweepstakes entries.
- HNDRD Strings: Five (5) entries per string set
- HNDRD Shoes: Twenty (20) entries per pair
- HNDRD Rackets: Twenty (20) entries per racket
Bonus entries are awarded per qualifying item purchased, subject to the maximum limit of one hundred (100) total entries per participant.
Receipts must identify the purchase date, eligible products, and transaction details.
D. Free Alternative Method of Entry
Participants who do not make a purchase may obtain the same number of entries available through the purchase-associated entry schedule by using the free alternative method by completing the form per day.
E. Maximum Entries
Each eligible participant may receive a maximum of one hundred (100) entries during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method.
Entries exceeding the limit will not be counted.
F. Verification
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
Fraudulent, falsified, automated, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified, subject to applicable law.
5. Prizes
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) HNDRD NITRIX 80 BULLET Prize Package containing:
- One (1) HNDRD NITRIX 80 BULLET racket
- One (1) HNDRD AERIS PACK KIT BAG
- One (1) HNDRD Tournament T-shirt
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $499 per prize package.
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,497.00
Product models, available racket specifications, and apparel sizes are subject to availability.
Prizes are nontransferable, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be exchanged except at the Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Each winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with receiving the prize.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Three (3) potential winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Limit one (1) prize package per participant during the Sweepstakes.
The drawing is expected to take place on or around December 1, 2026.
Potential winners will be notified using the email address or other contact information provided on the official entry form. Instagram direct messages may also be used when applicable.
Potential winners must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification.
If a potential winner does not respond within the specified period, fails to verify eligibility, or does not comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner through a random drawing.
A participant is not considered an official winner until eligibility has been verified and all required documentation has been completed.
7. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
8. Prize Fulfillment
Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility and a valid shipping address within the United States.
For minor winners, a parent or legal guardian may be required to provide shipping information and complete any necessary documentation.
Prizes will be shipped at the Sponsor's expense no later than December 31, 2026, following winner verification, subject to product availability and shipping conditions.”
Sponsor is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by winners, except as otherwise required by law.
9. Publicity
Where permitted by law, winners may be invited to participate in promotional announcements on HNDRD USA's website, Instagram, or other marketing channels.
Use of a winner's name, photograph, likeness, or social media content will be subject to applicable law and any required consent.
For minor winners, parental or legal guardian consent will be obtained where required.
10. Instagram Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not Instagram.
Participants agree to comply with applicable Instagram platform rules when completing optional Instagram activities.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify any participant who engages in fraud, manipulation, unauthorized automation, or other violations of these Official Rules.
Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its fairness or integrity, subject to applicable law.
Any material changes to these Official Rules will be communicated through the official giveaway channels as required by law.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and fulfill prizes.
Information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy.
Personal information collected from or concerning minors will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and parental consent requirements.
Participation in the Sweepstakes does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Any optional marketing subscription will be handled separately and in accordance with applicable law.
13. Winner List
To request the names of the Sweepstakes winners, please email jessica.n@hndrd.co with the subject line "HNDRD Sweepstakes Winner List" by January 31, 2027.
Winner information will be provided in accordance with applicable laws and privacy requirements.
14. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits or waives any rights or protections afforded to participants under applicable federal or state laws.
